Tree Health and Care Workshop

The Tree Health and Care Workshop will be held May 15, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Socorro County Annex Building, 198 Neel Avenue.

Dr. Marisa Thompson, NMSU Extension Urban Horticulture Specialist, will be discussing tree care and selection as well as diagnosing and preventing common tree troubles. Refreshments will be provided.

Ready, Set, GROW! Webinar Series

The Ready, Set, GROW! Webinar Series for the year will be held every 3rd Wednesday, 3 p.m., via Zoom.

With a surge in gardening questions and requests for gardening presentations the free gardening series is available to the public.

Southern Regional Livestock School

The Southern Regional Livestock School will be held June 4 - 6 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, 101 5th Street.

A three day event for beginning youth livestock exhibitors. Youth can enroll in market sheep, goat, swine, or cattle tracks. Online registration available! Fees are $150 for participants or $50 for educator track; payable via credit card or check. Deadline: Apr. 30 at 5 p.m.
